BY-LAW NUMBER 2544/87
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2213/86 which
amended Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as
amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town
Picketing District Planning Area, Region of Durham
in Raft of Lot 19, Concession l, in the Town of
Picketing. (A 34/87)
of
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Rickering
passed By-law 2213/85, amending By-law 3036, to permit the
development of a local central area comprising various commercial
establishments and a residential block comprising of detached
dwellings;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Picketing, now deems it desirable to amend Schedule "l" of By-law
22i3/85 to revise certain dimensions on said Schedule;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
SCHEDULE AMENDMENT
Schedule "I" to By-law 2213/8~ is hereby revoked and
"I" attached to this By-law hereby substituted therefor.

2. EFFECTIVE DATE
This 8y-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof
subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, if
required.
