BY-LAW NUMBER 2533/87
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87
designating certain highways within the
Town of Pickering as through highways
WHEREAS By-law 2366/87, as amended, designates certain highways within
the Town of Pickering as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2366/87 to provide for
stop signs at the intersection of Rigby Drive and Abbey Road;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
lo Schedule "A" to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding thereto the following:
Abbey Road southerly
terminus
Rigby Drive
Abbey Road
Rigby Drive
northerly terminus
Rigby Drive
Liverpool Road
Abbey Road
Rigby Drive
Abbey Road
westerly terminus
This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved
by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when
signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW Read a first, second and third time and PASSED this 29th day of
June, 1957.
