BY-LAW NUMBER 2532/87
Being a by-law to amend By-law 506/76 to
provide for the erection of "Stop" signs
at certain intersections within the Town
of Pickering
WHEREAS By-law 506/76 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain
intersections within the Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to further amend By-law 506/76 to provide
for a four-way stop at the intersection of Rigby Drive and Abbey Road;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
Schedule "I" to By-law 506/76, as amended, is hereby further amended
by inserting the following:
Abbey Road Northbound and southbound on Abbey
Road
Rigby Drive Eastbound and westbound on Rigby
Drive

This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to
the effect are erected.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED this 29th day of
June, 1987.
