Being a by-law to amend By-law 264/75
to establish the speed limit on Sideline
10 Road between Regional Road 5 and
the Uxbridge/Pickering Townline Road
at 60 kilometers per hour
WHEREAS By-law 264/75 allows Council to authorize speed limits on highways
under the jurisdiction of the Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on Sideline
10 Road between Regional Road 5 and the Uxbridge/Pickering Towntine Road
at 60 kilometeres per hour;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
Schedule "B" of By-law 264/75 is hereby amended by adding the
following:
Sideline 10 Road
Regional Road 5
Uxbridge/Pickering
Townline Road
This by-law shall take effect upon approval by the Regional Municipality
of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED this 29th
day of June 1987.
