BY-LAW NO. 2529/87
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Release and Abandonment of the Town's easement
(LT94468) over part of Lot 4, Plan M-Il71,
designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-
WHEREAS by Instrument No. LT94468, registered July 23, 1979, The Corporation of
the Town of Pickering is the owner of a storm sewer easement over that part of Lot
4, Plan M-1171, Pickering, designated as Part l, Plan 40R-5170, upon which is locat-
ed a dwelling encroaching into that part of that easement designated as Part 1, Plan
40R- ;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release and Abandon-
ment o£ Easement, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, releasing the
Town's Easement No. LT94468 over that part of Lot 4, Plan M-1171, Pickering,
designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 29th day of June,
1987.
