BY-LAW NO. 2524 /87
Being a by-law to dedicate parts of Lot 16, Range
3, B.F.C., Picketing, as public highway (Part 1,
Plan 40R-10292; Part 1, Plan 40R-10130; Squires
Beach Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of
Lot 16, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-10292 and Part
l, Plan 40R-10130, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lot 16, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-10292 and Part 1, Plan 40R-10130, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Squires Beach Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 29th day of June,
1987.
