BY-LAW NO. 2523 /87
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 60 and 61, Plan
40M-1403, Pickering, as public highway (Kirkwood
Lane; Highview Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 60 and
61, Plan 40M-1403, Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 60, Plan 40M-1403, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Kirkwood Lane).
2. Block 61, Plan 40M-1403, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Highview Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 29th day of June,
1987.
