BY-LAW NUMBER 2515/87
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning)
By-law 2511, as amended, to implement the
Official Plan of the Town of Pickering District
Rlanning Area, Region of Durham, in Lot 100,
Plan 350, in the Town of Pickering. (A 24/87)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Rickering
deems it desirable to permit the establishment of two residential
lots on the subject property, each lot having a minimum lot frontage
of 15 metres~
AND WHEREAS an amendment to By-law 2511, as amended, is therefore
deemed necessary;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
RICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. BY-LAW 2511
By-law 2511, passed by the Council of the Corporation of the
Township (now Town) of Pickering on the 5th day of October 1960,
and approved by the Ontario Municipal Board on the 3rd day of
Sanuary 1963, and amended from time to time, is hereby further
amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to the
provisions of Section 2 hereof.
2. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENT
Schedule "A" to By-law 2511, as amended, is hereby further
amended by changing from "R3" (One-Family Detached Dwelling -
Third Density Zone) to "R4" (One-Family Detached Dwelling
Fourth Density Zone) the zone designation of lands designated
"R4" on Schedule "I" attached hereto being Lot 100, Rlan 350.
EFFECTIVE DATE
This By-law shall take effect from the day of passing hereof,
subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal 8oard, if
required.
