BY-LAW NO. 2504/87
Being a by-law to dedicate Lot 28, Plan 1051,
Picketing, as public highway (Appleview Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Lot 28, Plan
1051, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Lot 28, Plan 1051, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Appleview
Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of June,
1987.
