BY-LAW NUMBER 2501/87
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87
designating certain highways within the
Town of Picketing as through highways
WHEREAS By-law 2366/87, as amended, designates certain highways within
the Town of Pickering as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2366/87 to provide for
stop signs at the intersection of Rosebank Road South and Cowan Circle;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further
amended by deleting the following:
Rosebank Road South Rodd Avenue
Highway No. 401
and substituting therefor the following:
Rosebank Road South
Rosebank Road South
Rodd Avenue
Cowan Circle
Cowan Circle
Highway No. 401
and by deleting the following:
Pickering Parkway
Liverpool Road
Durham Regional
Road 29)
Brock Road (Durham
Regional Road l)
and substituting therefor the following:
Picketing Parkway
Liverpool Road
(Durham Regional
Road 29)
Denmar Road
This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved
by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when
signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW Read a first, second and third time and PASSED this 15th day of
June, 1987.
