BY-LAW NUMBER 250~87
Being a by-law to amend By-law 506/76 to
provide for the erection of "Stop" signs
at certain intersections within the Town
of Pickering
WHEREAS By-law 506/76 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain
intersections within the Town of Picketing; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to further amend By-law 506/76 to provide
for a four-way stop at the intersection of Rosebank Road South and Cowan
Circle and a three-way stop at the intersection of Dalewood Drive and
Brookridge Gate;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
Schedule "l" to By-law 506/76, as amended, is hereby further amended
by inserting the following:
Dalewood Drive
Northbound and southbound on
Dalewood Drive and eastbound on
Brookridge Gate
Pickering Parkway
Northbound and southbound on
Pickering Parkway and southbound on
Denmar Road
Rosebank Road South
Northbound and southbound on
Rosebank Road South and eastbound on
Dahlia Crescent and westbound on
Cowan Circle.
This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to
the effect are erected.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED this 15th day of
June, 1987.
