BY-LAW NUMBER 2491/87
Being a by-law to change the name of Concession
5 Road to Whitevale Road
Whereas pursuant to section 210.105 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980,
chapter 302, the council of a local municipality may pass by-laws for
giving names to or changing the names of highways on public property;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Concession 5 Road, between Altona Road and Brock Road is hereby
renamed "Whitevale Road".
This By-law shall take effect upon the registration of a certified
copy thereof in the Land Registry Office in the Land Titles Office
for the Registry Division of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first and second time this 1st day of June, 1987.
BY-LAW READ a third time and passed this 29th day of June, 1987.
