BY-LAW NO. 2490/87
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 66, 67, 68, 69,
70, 71, 72 and 73, Plan 40M-1440, Pickering, from
part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
49(5) of the Act docs not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O, 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to thc lands described as follows:
Lots 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72 and 73, Plan 40M-1440, Picketing.
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of June,
1987.
