BY-LAW NO.2475 /87
Being a by-law to dedicate Block A, Plan M-1089,
Pickering, as public highway (Rosefield Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block A, Plan
M-1089, Pickering, which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering ttEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block A, Plan M-1089, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Rosefield Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of May,
1987.
