BY-LAW NUMBER 2469/87
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2144/86 (Interim
Control-Planning)
WHEREAS on February 3, 1986, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Picketing enacted, pursuant to the provisions of the
Rlanning Act, 198~, S.O. 198~, c.1, s.37, By-law 2144/86 to provide
for the interim control of land uses; and
WHEREAS, on February 3, 1986, the Council enacted By-law 2145/86
amending By-law 2144/86 to provide for the interim control of land
uses respecting certain lands including those set out in Map 8 of
Schedule 8 to By-law 2144/86~ and
WHEREAS an additional permitted purpose is to be provided for on
those lands during the period of interim control;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
RICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Item 8 of Schedule A to By-law 2144/86, as made by By-law
2145/86, is hereby amended by adding to Column III, Section (a)
thereof the following:
home improvement centre (5).
DY-LAW READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS
