BY-LAW NUMBER 2465/87
Being a By-law to amend By-law
1684/83 (Pedestrian Crossovers)
WHEREAS By-law 1685/83, passed by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering on June 6, 1983, designates pedestrian crossovers for the purposes of
the Highway Traffic Act; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 1684/83;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS
as follows:
Schedule "A" to By-law 1684/83 is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
ITEM COLUMN I COLUMN I1
2. Liverpool Road
A line parallel to and
3.0 metres south of the
southerly limit of the
intersection with Tatra
Drive
A line parallel to and
6.7 metres south of
that limit
3. Oklahoma Drive
A line parallel to and 2.6
metres east of the easterly
limit of the intersection
with Eyer Drive
A line parallel to and
5.7 metres sou~h of that
limit ~
This By-law shall come into force on the date it is approved by the Council
of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
