BY-LAW NUMBER 2462/87
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87
designating certain highways within the
Town of Pickering as through highways
WHEREAS By-law 2366/87, as amended, designates certain highways within
the Town of Pickering as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2366/87 to designate
various highways as through highways;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
Schedule "A" to By-law 2366/87 is hereby repealed and the Schedule
attached hereto is substituted therefor.
2. By-law 2401/87 is hereby repealed.
This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved
by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when
signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW Read a first, second and third time and PASSED this 4th day of
May, 1987.
