HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 2448/87THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 2448/87 Being a By-law to exempt Lots 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 19, 23, 28, 29, 30, 3l, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 49, 50 and 51, Plan 40M-1441, Pickerlng, from part lot control. WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des- ignated in the by-law; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply to the lands described as follows: Lots 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 19, 23, 28, 29, 30, 31, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 49, 50, 51, Plan 40M-1441, Pickering. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal- ity of Durham. BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of April, 1987.
