BY-LAW NO. 2440187
Being a By-law to dedicate Block 167, Plan
40M-1437, Picketing and part of Lots 29 and 30,
B.F.C., Pickering as public highway (Part 2,
Plan 40R-9929) and to name the latter "Steeple
Hill".
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 167, Plan
40M-1437 and that part of Lots 29 and 30, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Part 2,
Plan 40R-9929, and wishes to dedicate same as public highway and to name the latter
"Steeple Hill";
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 167, Plan 40M-1437, Picketing and that part of Lots 29 and 30, B.F.C.,
Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-9929, are hereby dedicated as public
highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of April,
1987.
