BY-LAW NO. 2435/87
Being a By-law to dedicate Part Lot 62, Plan
1041, Pickering (designated as Parts 1, 2 and 13,
Plan 40R-8724), as public highway (Spruce Hill
Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of part of Lot 62,
Plan 1041, Picketing, which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Lot 62, Plan 1041, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2, and 13,
Plan 40R-8724 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Spruce Hill Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of April,
1987.
