BY-LAW NO. 2434~87
Being a By-law to dedicate Blocks 67, 68, 69, 70,
71, 72 and 73, Plan 40M-1441, Picketing, as
public highway (Baggins Street, Meriadoc Drive,
Lynmar Court, Melman Street, Tawnberry Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 67, 68,
69, 70, 71, 72 and 73, Plan 40M-1441, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS,'
1. Block 67, Plan 40M-1441, Pickering, is hereby
(Baggins Street).
2. Block 68, Plan 40M-1441, Pickering, is hereby
(Meriadoc Drive).
3. Block 69, Plan 40M-1441, Picketing, is hereby
(Lynmar Court).
4. Blocks 70 and 71, Plan 40M-1441, Pickering,
highway (Melman Street).
5. Blocks 72 and 73, Plan 40M-1441, Pickering,
highway (Tawnberry Street).
