BY-LAW NO. 2433/87
Being a By-law to dedicate Blocks 93, 96, 97, 98
and 99, Plan 40M-1440, Pickering, as public
highway (Melman Street, Tawnberry Street,
Baggins Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 93, 96,
97, 98 and 99, Plan 40M-1440, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 93 and 97, Plan 40M-1440, Pickering, are hereby
highway (Melman Street).
2. Block 96, Plan 40M-1440, Pickering, is hereby dedicated
(Tawnberry Street).
3. Blocks 98 and 99, Plan 40M-1440, Pickering, are hereby
highway (Baggins Street).
