BY-LAW NO. 2432/87
Being a By-law to dedicate Blocks 78, 79 and 81,
Plan 40M-1439, Pickering, as public highway
(Dellbrook Avenue).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 78, 79
and 81, Plan 40M-1439, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Blocks 78, 79 and 81, Plan 40M-1439, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Dellbrook Avenue).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of April,
1987.
