HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 2426/87THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 2426/87 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Development Agreement between Alexander Dixon and The Corporation of the Town of Pickering respecting the development of Part Lot 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Picketing (Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7, Plan 40R-10104). WHEREAS on September 15, 1986, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering approved By-law Amendment Application A 28/86 subject to several con- ditions, one of which required the entering into of a Development/Site Plan Agreement and others of which are most appropriately dealt with in such an agreement; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.' The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Development Agree- ment, in the form attached as Schedule A, between Alexander Dixon and The Corporation of the Town of Pickering, respecting the development of Part Lot 30, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Picketing (Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7, Plan 40R-10104).
