BY-LAW NUMBER 2424/87
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 1899/84
to restrict the weight of vehicles passing over
certain bridges within the Town of Pickering.
Whereas Council enacted
the weight of vehicles
Pickering; and
By-law 1899/84 on September 17, 1984 to restrict
passing over certain bridges within the Town of
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend that By-law to remove the weight
load on the bridge at Lot 10, Concession 8;
Schedule "A" to By-law Number 1899/84 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
at Lot 10, Conc. 7/8
on Concession 8 Road
15 tonnes 15 tonnes 15 tonnes
2. This by-law shall not become effective until approved by the
Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th
day of April, 1987.
