BY-LAW NO.2420 /87
Being a By-law to dedicate Blocks 13 and 14,
Plan 40M-1451, Picketing, as public highway
(Hoover Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 13 and
14, Plan 40M-1451, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 13 and 14, Plan 40M-1451, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Hoover Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
March, 1987.
