BY-LAW NO.2419 /87
Being a By-law to dedicate Block 7, Plan
40M-1457, Picketing, as public highway (Fawndale
Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 7, Plan
40M-1457, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 7, Plan 40M-1457, Pickerlng, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Fawndale Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
March, 1987.
