BY-LAW NO. 2418 /87
Being a By-law to dedicate Block 21, Plan
40M-1318, Pickering, as public highway (Fawndale
Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 21, Plan
40M-1318, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 21, Plan 40M-1318, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Fawndale Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
March, 1987.
