BY-LAW NO.2417 /87
Being a By-law to dedicate Blocks 60, 61 and 63,
Plan 40M-1446, Pickering, as public highway
(Hoover Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 60, 61
and 63, Plan 40M-1446, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Blocks 60, 61 and 63, Plan 40M-1446, Picketing, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Hoover Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
March, 1987.
