BY-LAW NO.2416/87
Being a By-law to dedicate Blocks 15 and 16,
Plan 40M-1443, Picketing, as public highway
(Fawndale Road/Hoover Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 15 and
16, Plan 40M-1443, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 15 and 16, Plan 40M-1443, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public
highway (Fawndale Road/ttoover Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
March, 1987.
