BY-LAW NO. 2402
Being a by-law to dedicate part of Block A, Plan
473, Picketing as public highway (Part 1, Plan
40R-9746; Rosebank Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of
Block A, Plan 473, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-9746 and wishes to
dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Block A, Plan 473, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-9746
is hereby dedicated as public highway Rosebank Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of
March, 1987.
