BY-LAW NUMBER 2S89/87
Being a by-law to amend By-law 264/75 to establish
the speed limit on Concession 3 Road in the hamlet
of Cherrywood
WHEREAS By-law 264/75 allows Council to authorize speed limits on
highways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Picketing; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on
Conecession 3 Road in the hamlet of Cherrywood at 40 kilometres (25
miles) per hour;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "B" of By-law 264/75 is hereby amended by adding the
following:
Concession 3 Road
220 metres east
of Rosebank Road
North (southerly)
leg)
460 metres west of
Rosebank Road North
(southerly leg)
2. This by-law shall take effect upon approval by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED this 16th
day of February, 1987.
