BY-LAW NO. 2385/87
Being a by-law to repeal By-laws 2017/85,
2037/85, 2061/85, 2090/85 and 2101/85, respecting
Lots 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 76, 77, 78, 85, 86, 87
and Blocks 128, 129, 130, 13l and 132, Plan
40M-1333, Pickering, from part lot control,
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a part lot control by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law Nos. 2017/85, 2037/85, 2061/85, 2090/85 and 2101/85 are hereby
repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
February, 1987.
