BY-LAW NO. 2384/87
Being a by-law to repeal By-laws 1768/83, 1875/84
and 1876/84, respecting Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,
10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21,
22, 23, 24, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66,
67, 68, 69, 70, 71 and Blocks 72, 73, 74, 75 and
76, Plan 40M-1272, Pickering, from part lot
control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a part lot control by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 1768/83, 1875/84 and 1876/84 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
February, 1987.
