BY-LAW NO. 2383/87
Being a by-law to repeal By-laws 1970/85, 2003/85
and 2126/86, respecting Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7,
Plan 40M-1234, Picketing, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a part lot control by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 1970/85, 2003/85 and 2126/86 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
February, 1987.
