Being a by-law to repeal By-law No. 1999/85,
exempting Lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and Block 17,
Plan 40M-1321, Lots 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40M-1322
and Lot 404, Plan M-1059, Pickering, from part
lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a part lot control by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
i. By-law No. 1999/85 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
February, 1987.
