BY-LAW NO. 2381/87
Being a by-law to repeal By-law No. 2070/85,
exempting Lots 405, 406, 407, 408 and 409, Plan
M-1059, and Block 18, Plan 40M-1321, Picketing,
from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter i, the council of a municipality may repeal a part lot control by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
]. By-law No. 2070/85 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
February, 1987.
