BY-LAW NO. 2380/87
Being a by-law to repeal By-law No. 2077/85,
exempting Blocks 16 and 17, Plan 40M-1254,
Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a munlcipalit¥ may repeal a part lot control by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law No. 2077/85 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
February, 1987.
