BY-LAW NO. 2378/87
Being a by-law to repeal By-law No. 1790/84,
exempting Blocks 10, 11, 12 and 13, Plan
40M-1282, Picketing, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter l, the council of a municipality may repea] a part lot contro] by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law No. 1790/84 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this ]6th day of
February, 1987.
