BY-LAW NO. 2377/87
Being a by-law to repeal By-law No. 1764/83,
exempting Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,
11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, Plan 40M-1281,
Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a part lot control by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law No. 1764/83 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
February, 1987.
