BY-LAW NO. 2362 /87
Being a By-law to exempt Lots 50, 51, 52, 53,
55, 56, 57, 58, 59 and 60 and Blocks 64 and 69,
Plan 40M-1415, Picketing from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter I, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 49(5) of the Planning Act,
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 50, 51, 52, 53, 55, 56, 57,
40M-1415, Pickerin g.
1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
58, 59 and 60 and Blocks 64 and 69, Plan
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of
January, 1987.
