BY-LAW NU~ER 2122/85
Being a by-law to appoint persons to various
agencies, boards and co~ittees.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is required by certain
provincial statutes to appoint persons to certain local boards and co~nittees; and
WHEREAS the council has established various local boards and co~nittees which require
the appointment of persons thereto;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picekring hereby enacts as
follows:
1. The following persons are hereby appointed Acting Mayor:

Councillor Mitchell from December 1, 1985 to November 30, 1986
Councillor Stoner from December 1, 1986 to November 30, 1987
Councillor Robertson from Dec(a~ber 1, 1987 to November 30, 1988
2. The following persons are hereby appointed to the Jooint Animal Control
Cc~nittee for a term to expire on November 30, 1988:

The following person is hereby appointed to the Social Planning Council of
Ajax/Pickering for a term to expire on November 30, 1988:
