BY-LAW NO. 2117/85
Being a By-la~v to repeal By-law 2097/85,
authorizing the execution of a Subdivision
Agreement between Canada-York Developments
Limited and the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering respecting the development of Part Lot
22, Concession 2, Picketing (Part Draft Plan
18T-79049).
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law
2097/85 on October 21, 1985, authorizing the execution of a Subdivision Agreement
between Canada-York Developments Limited and the Corporation of the Town of
Picketing respecting the development of Part Lot 22, Concession 2, Pickerlng, (Part
Draft Plan 18T-79049); and
WHEREAS, Canada-York Developments Limited no longer has an interest in the subject
property and the Subdivision Agreement, the execution of which was authorized by
By-law 2097/85, has not been executed;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering ItEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
By-law 2097/85 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
December, 1985.
