BY-LAW NO.2111/85
Being a by-law to dedicate part of Lot 18, Con-
cession l, Pickering, as a public highway (Part
1, Plan 40R-8726; Picketing Parkway).
WHEREAS, the Corporatio~ of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Lot
18, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Part l, Plan 40R-8726; and wishes to
dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l. That part of Lot 18, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-8726 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Picketing Parkway).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
December, 1985.
