BY-LAW NO. 2110/85
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2108/85 re-
specting the temporary borrowing of monies until
taxes are collected (]986).
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 189 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1980, c.302, on December 16, 1985, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering enacted By-law Z10B/85 authorizing the yearly borrowing of sums necessary
to meet, until taxes are collected, the current expenditures of the Corporation for the
year;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Schedule A to By-law 2108185 as amended by By-law 2109/85 is hereby further
amended by adding thereto the following item:
6. 1986 $1.5 million $25,500,000 nil
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of
December, 1986.
