HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 2105/85THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 2105/85 Being a by-law to exempt Lot 3, Plan 40M-1323, Block H-l, Plan M-1059 and Block 9, Plan 40M-1321, from part lot control WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter ], the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply to the lands described as follows: Lot 3, Registered Plan 40M-1323, Picketing Block H-l, Plan M-1059, Pickering Block 9, Plan 40M-1321 This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal- ity of Durham.
