BY-LAW NO. 2100 /85
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
release and discharge of Block 6, Plan M-1198
from the provisions of the subdivision agreement
dated May 20th, 1980, registered September llth,
1980, as Instrument No. LTl12914 (Hollinger
Construction Limited )
WHEREAS Hollinger Construction Limited, its successors and assigns, have complied
with the provisions of the subdivision agreement dated May 20th, 1980, notice of
which was registered September 1]th, 1980 as Instrument No. LTl12914, insofar as
Block 6, Plan M-1198, Picketing, is concerned;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a release and discharge
in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, of Hollinger Construction Limited
from the provisions of the subdivision agreement dated May gOth, 1980, notice
of which was registered September ]ltb, ]980, as Instrument No. LTli2914
insofar as Block 6, Plan M-1198 is concerned.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th
November, 1985.

Schedule A to By-law 2100/85
RELEASE & DISCttARGE
WHEREAS, by Agreement dated May 20th, 1980, Notice of which was registered on
September llth, 1980, in the Land Titles Office for the Registry Division of Durham
(No. 40) as Instrument No. LTl12914, between
HOLLINGER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED
hereinafter referred to as the "Owner",
and
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereinafter referred to as the "Town".
the Owner made certain covenants and agreements with the Town relating to the
subdivision and development of Block 6, Plan M-1198, Picketing.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the payment of the sum of $2.00 by or on
behalf of the Owner to the Town, receipt of which is by the Town hereby acknowl-
edged, the Town hereby remises, releases and forever discharges the Owner and its
successors and assigns, from any and all liabilities, actions, causes of action, debts,
claims or demands of any kind which the Owner may have been, is or may otherwise
become subject to pursuant to the provisions of the said Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal duly attested
by its proper officers.
