BY-LAW NO. 2095/85
Being a by-law to dedicate part of Block 33, Plan
40M-1304, Picketing, as public highway (Part 3,
Plan 40R-8386; Riverview Crescent)
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 33, Plan
40Ivi-1304, Pickering;
WHEREAS, it is desirable to dedicate that portion of Block 33, Plan 40M-1304, des-
ignated as Part 3, Plan 40R-8386, as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering tIEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Block 33, Plan 40M-1304, Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan
40R-8386 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Riverview Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
October, 1985.
