BY-LAW NUMBER 2094/85
Being a by-law to amend By-law 911/78
designating certain highways within the
Town of Pickering as through highways
WHEREAS By-law 911/78, as ~nended, designates certain highways within the Town of
Pickering as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is de~d expedient to a~end By-law 911/78 to provide for various streets
within the Town as through highways;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY E~CTS as
follows:
Schedule "A" to By-law 911/78 is hereby repealed and the Schedule attached
hereto as Schedule "I" to this by-law is substituted therefor.
This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by the
Council of the Rsgional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the effect
are erected.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED this 21st day of
October, 1985.
