HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 2080/85THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 2080/85 Being a by-law to exempt Block A, Plan M-1024, Picketing, from part lot control WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain ]ands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter ], does not apply to the lands described as follows: Block A, Registered Plan M-1024, Pickering This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal- ity of Durham. BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of September, 1985.
